At Aura, we take pride in delivering premium exotic fruits, customized flower bouquets, and curated gifting experiences. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
1. Perishable Products
Flowers, fruits, and floral arrangements are highly perishable products. Therefore, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.
We encourage customers to inspect their order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if there are any concerns.
2. Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit if:
- The product delivered is significantly damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The order is incomplete or missing items.
- The product is spoiled or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
- The delivered item substantially differs from the confirmed order.
To process a claim, customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product within 4 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or returns will not be provided for:
- Customized flower bouquets or personalized arrangements approved by the customer.
- Minor variations in flower colors, fruit varieties, packaging, or decorative elements due to seasonal availability.
- Orders where delivery was attempted but the recipient was unavailable.
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after delivery.
- Products that have been consumed, used, altered, or improperly stored after delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy
Before Preparation
Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch begins. Eligible cancellations may receive a full or partial refund depending on processing costs already incurred.
After Preparation Begins
Customized bouquets, floral arrangements, gift hampers, and curated fruit boxes cannot be cancelled once preparation, sourcing, or customization has started.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
6. Replacement Policy
Where appropriate, Aura may offer:
- A replacement bouquet
- A replacement fruit box
- Store credit for future purchases
- Partial compensation for affected products
The resolution method will be determined based on the nature of the issue.
7. Delivery Issues
Aura is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incorrect contact information
- Recipient unavailability
- Restricted access locations
- Natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control
