Once an order is confirmed, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.

3. Product Availability

Flowers and fruits are natural products and may vary in color, size, shape, fragrance, and appearance from images displayed on our website or social media.
Certain flowers, fruits, or decorative elements may be substituted with equivalent alternatives of similar quality and value when necessary.
Seasonal and imported fruits are subject to availability and market conditions.

Aura takes every precaution to ensure fruits and flowers are delivered in fresh condition.
Since flowers and fruits are perishable products, proper care and storage after delivery are the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before preparation or dispatch begins.
Customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once design, sourcing, or preparation has started.
Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the payment method used.
